MacOSX DNS configuration is handled through the System Settings app in either the Network or the Wifi settings.

You'll need to know your AD DC domain and the IP address(es) of your DNS servers (most likely the same as your domain controllers).

The first step is to open your System Settings either from the dock, or the top menu.
