Samba is again participating in the Google Summer of Code (SoC) in 2010.

Participants

In 2009, the following projects were accepted as part of the Summer of Code:

• SWAT for Samba4 by Ricardo Velhote, mentored by Jelmer Vernooij
• Prototype an SMBv2 client by Pavel Shilovski, mentored by Steve French
• Extension of the GTK+ frontends by Calin Crisan, mentored by Jelmer Vernooij
• GQ replacement using GTK and LDB by Andrew Grigoriev, mentored by Jelmer Vernooij
