Directory Replication Service (DRS)

DRS (Directory Replication Service) replicates the contents of the Active Directory, i.e. user/group management, ACL changes, etc.

It does not replicate directories of the file system. The D (Directory) in DRS stands for Active Directory, not for File System Directory.
