Samba-4.0.0alpha1

From SambaWiki

Our intention is to release a first alpha of Samba 4 in a couple of months.

Features that need to be implemented before alpha1:

  • MMC Write support
    • Including Group policies
  • New SWAT, in particular showing a GUI LDB browser and editor
  • Cluster support, via the new ctdb and related changes
