Combined build issues

This page is for issues with the combined build. We need a record of what needs to be fixed in the combined top level build to give us a cohesive release combining the features of s3 and s4.

-U taking domain/username

s4 tools take -Udomain/username%password whereas s3 tools don't accept the domain/ part

wbinfo3/winbindd pipe mixup

wbinfo3 uses $PREFIX/var/lib/winbindd/pipe but winbindd uses /tmp/.winbindd/pipe
